When you submit our estimate request form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, project type, project location, project details, and your separate text messaging choices (service messages and marketing messages), along with the date and time of your submission. If you use the chat window on our website, we receive the information you type there.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule and coordinate your project, provide our services, and — only if you agreed — send you the text messages you chose to receive.
Text messaging preferences
Each text messaging choice is recorded separately with your form submission, including whether you checked it and when. We never assume consent from you entering a phone number or submitting a form. If you reply STOP, we record your opt-out and stop sending text messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance. See the Text Messaging section of our Terms & Conditions for details.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers, such as our customer communication and messaging platform and website hosting, that may process your information solely to operate our communications and services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
